No. The ₹999/year fee is per property, not per tenant. You can have multiple tenants in a property (for example, a shared flat with multiple occupants) and they all fall under the same property subscription. Tenants themselves are never charged anything to use Rentiz.
When you register as an owner, you get a 15-day free trial that covers all your properties — no credit card required. The trial countdown starts from the day you sign up. You can add properties, invite tenants, and use every feature. After 15 days, you pay ₹999 per property to continue access.
Tenants can only join Rentiz by accepting an invitation from their property owner. The owner sends an invite via email, and the tenant uses the invite token to create their account and connect to the property. This ensures tenants are always tied to a specific property and owner — there's no open tenant registration.
Yes. Each owner can only see their own properties, and tenants can only see the property they're assigned to. KYC documents and personal information are only accessible within that owner-tenant relationship. Tenant details (phone, documents, emergency contact) are not shared across properties or with other users.
Yes. You can add as many properties as you need. Each property gets its own separate dashboard, inventory, tenant list, and ledger. Switching between properties takes one tap. Each property costs ₹999/year independently — you can activate or deactivate each one separately.
